Who Can Use the Free Pickup Service?
The free pickup service is available for NEW Swinburne International students only. If you’re travelling with family or friends who are not Swinburne students, they won’t be eligible for the free pickup. However, they can still use the same service by contacting Hughes on 1300 615 165 to make a booking at their own cost. If the additional passenger is a Swinburne student, please make sure their student ID number is included in the booking form. Bookings without a valid student ID won’t be approved by the University.
Terms and Conditions:
a) Students arriving into Melbourne for the first time to commence their studies with Swinburne can book a free transfer service. The students who have already commenced their courses or those returning from holidays are not entitled for a free transfer service.
b) Each Swinburne student has to apply for their own airport pickup request.
c) Your airport pickup request must be submitted at least five business days prior to your arrival date. If you submit less than five business days, we cannot guarantee that your airport pickup will be arranged.
d) If your flight is cancelled, you change to another flight, or want to cancel the booking, please make changes using Manage Booking, also found on www.hughes.com.au.
e) For last minutes changes or urgent matters please contact Hughes Reservations directly at +613 9403 1900, at least two business days prior to your arrival date.
f) Do not register unless you are ready to submit your booking with all the required information, including flight details and confirmed accommodation address in Melbourne. You must complete the full registration and booking process together.
